Which Division in the NFL is the best (Part 1)?

The question today as it often occurs in the NFL offseason is which division is the best. So lets begin in the AFC. There is only one division in the NFL as of now has a clear cut winner, and that division is the AFC West. The Denver Broncos dominated that division finishing the regular season with a 13-3 record. They won the division by 6 GAMES! The next team in that division finished 7-9, and they were the San Diego Chargers who committed one of the worst fourth down defensive breakdowns in NFL history in my opinion. Not to mention the fact that the Broncos had arguably the quarterback-wide receiver tandem in the NFL in Peyton Manning and Demariyius Thomas, so the Broncos win that division outright. The AFC North has arguably 3 of the NFL's best defenses. The favorite this year in my eyes are the Cincinnati Bengals, they drafted very well when they took Giovanni Bernard and Tyler Eifert in the first 2 rounds. They also have one of the league's most underrated defenses with studs like Leon Hall and Geno Atkins. Next I see the Pittsburgh Steelers who despite having Big Ben injured and having to resort to Charlie Batch after Leftwich went down also finished the year 8-8. They also had the league's #1 overall defense despite the injuries of Troy Polamalu and James Harrison to say the least. Issues with their offensive line and the loss of their leading receiver Mike Wallace will not have them winning this division. The defending Super Bowl Champions will not be repeating this year with a handful of losses like Ed Reed, Anquan Boldin, Ray Lewis, Bernard Pollard, Paul Kruger, and Danelle Ellerby all vital parts of the Ravens system. Things just dont stop there when they lose there number one tight end who had the most 3rd down receptions on the team named Dennis Pitta. Without those guys there is no way that the Ravens win this division. The AFC East is probably as tight as the NFC East was last year with the Patriots losing Wes Welker their leading receiver, Aaron Hernandez to legal issues, and Gronk with the bad back and forearm not sure if he is going to be ready for week 1. So for the first time in a long time that division is a toss-up and clearly not the best in the NFL. Hopefully readers you enjoy this article, Part 2 will be posted on Thursday.

New Guy

Hey sports fans, my name is Najee Estwick and this will be my first post using blogger. I will be posting articles on almost every sport. For example if you are a baseball fan that you get that information and my opinion on the latest games and developments around the league. This is going to be the case for the sports I will be blogging about. I will take fan requests from time to time on what you want me to blog about. I will be blogging about baseball, football, basketball, soccer, and occasionally hockey. For those who want to know a few things about myself, I live in Maryland, I am 14 years old so I just started my writing career, and my favorite sports teams are the Seattle Seahawks, the New York Yankees, The Dallas Mavericks, and the New York Rangers. I personally like underdog teams, teams who people think aren't good or not good enough to win the title in their sport. Thank you and I hope you enjoy my future work. njbebreezy@gmail.com
